🔹 1. Scrum Master
Role Summary:
The Scrum Master is the servant-leader of the Scrum Team. They help everyone understand and apply Scrum effectively.
Responsibilities:
Facilitates Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Removes obstacles that block team progress.
Coaches the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Protects the team from outside interruptions.
Helps the organization adopt Scrum.
🔹 2. Product Owner
Role Summary:
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product by managing the Product Backlog.
Responsibilities:
Defines and communicates the product vision.
Prioritizes the Product Backlog based on business value and customer needs.
Ensures that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear.
Collaborates with stakeholders and the development team.
Accepts or rejects work completed during the Sprint.
🔹 3. Developers (Development Team)
Role Summary:
The Developers are professionals who build the product. They are cross-functional and self-managing.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a potentially releasable Increment at the end of each Sprint.
Participate in Sprint Planning and define the Sprint Goal.
Collaborate daily and take collective ownership of the work.
Ensure quality by applying best practices and standards.
Continuously improve through regular Retrospectives.
